The design at Terrace café is really modern with three main colors: black, red and white
Du Mien gives customers a fresh look with a large number of trees, green grass, blue lakes and different kinds of flowers
The store is decorated with bright white color
At L’amour Bakery & Café, you can find a variety of cakes in diverse shapes with different flavors such as chocolate, cheese and fruits

Are there any good coffee shops near lotte mart, I don’t like parking at lotte mart so angel coffee is out. It needs to have quality coffee, ac, and a nice atmosphere(not too loud or cheap looking).

Dear Landon, thanks for your comment. There are some nice coffee shop on Nguyen Duc Canh street (turn right from Nguyen Van Linh), Phu My Hung. Café F&B near KFC Nguyen Duc Canh offer nice coffee space with nice bread & cake. Also, Gloria Jeans at the end of Nguyen Duc Canh street, the Grandview area, has a very nice view looking to the Saigon river. Professional enough & roman enough 🙂

You can go to Acoustic Rock Bar, they play live music almost every night.
